Who is Lanthaler + Berger the right partner for?
We advise companies, self-employed professionals and private individuals in South Tyrol. We also support you with cross-border activities, investments or a move to Italy, involving international partners where needed.
How does the first meeting work?
You tell us about your matter and your goals. Together we clarify which documents we need and how we can support you. We then discuss the scope of services, the next steps and the fees.
Can I submit my accounting records digitally?
Yes. We agree with you how invoices, bank statements and other documents can be submitted digitally. We also check whether your existing software can be integrated.
What does ECOVIS membership mean for me?
For matters with an international dimension, we can bring in experts from the ECOVIS network. You keep your contact person with us; we coordinate the collaboration with the advisers involved.
Do you also advise in Italian and English?
We advise you in German and Italian. For meetings in English, we agree the most suitable contact person with you in advance.
Do you also act as statutory auditor?
Yes. We accept appointments on Italian boards of statutory auditors (collegio sindacale) and as single statutory auditor (sindaco unico). Before accepting, we check the statutory requirements and our independence.
Where can I find you?
You can find us in Merano at Via Luis Zuegg 40 and in Laces at via Principale 107. Please make an appointment in advance. Meetings are also possible online.
